Terms & Condition

  • Clear Description & References: Please provide a detailed description of your request along with as many references as possible (e.g., poses, colors, mood boards, facial expressions, clothing/accessories, etc.).

  • Pricing for Additional Characters: Each additional characters will be charged at 2 times the usual price.

  • Turnaround Time (TaT): Commissions take a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks.

  • If there are any delays on your commission, I will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Rush Orders: Expedited commissions will incur an additional charge.

  • Revision Policy: Revisions/changes can only be made during the sketching stage (maximum 3 revisions).

  • Major changes or excessive revisions will require an extra fee.

  • Once the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments can be made.

  • Progress Updates: I will provide frequent updates throughout the process.

  • Right to Refuse: I have the right to decline any commission if I am uncomfortable with the request.

  • AI Usage Restriction: Using my commissioned artwork for AI training or any AI-related purposes are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  • Both personal and commercial works are NOT allowed for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency. Please take a note that I won't take commission for NFT purposes.

Copyright

  • Any commissioned work will be posted on social media if allowed.

  • Personal Use Only: All custom commissions are for personal use by the rightful owner.

  • Reselling & Ownership Transfer: Commissioned artwork cannot be resold or transferred to a new owner unless it is given as a gift. Please inform me if this applies.

  • Commercial Use: If you wish to use my art commercially for any project (merchandise, branding, promotional materials, etc.), please discuss it with me beforehand. The price for commercial use is twice the personal price.

Payment & Refund Policies

  • Currently, I only accept payment in IDR

  • Payment Method : BCA, Gopay, Dana, etc.

  • We could discuss for another payment method. (Indonesian only)

  • 50% Payment: I will start the sketch after receiving a 50% down payment and will send the completed artwork after receiving the remaining payment.

  • Full Refund: Only available if I have not started the commission.

  • No Refund: Once the final artwork is completed, refunds will not be given.

  • Additional asset IDR 5.000

  • Commercial use 2x personal price
